    Day 1Detailed Itinerary

    Your adventure begins with an early pick-up from your hotel in Cusco or the Sacred Valley and a transfer to the train station. The train ride offers stunning views of mountains, rivers, and lush vegetation until arriving in Aguas Calientes.

    Upon arrival, you’ll be escorted to your hotel for check-in. The afternoon is free for you to explore the town, visit the local market, or relax in the hot springs. Aguas Calientes offers great options for dinner on your own.

    The next morning, you’ll take the bus up to Machu Picchu. Your guided tour will take you through the most significant sectors of the citadel, where you’ll learn about Inca engineering, architecture, and culture. After enjoying free time for photos and exploration, you’ll head back down to Aguas Calientes.

    In the afternoon, you will board your return train to the Sacred Valley or Cusco. Upon arrival, our private transportation will take you back to your hotel, concluding your two-day journey.
